Why does a 13 year old have black circles under her eyes? Other than that if not applied with a heavy hand I think it's appropriate. Maybe not the eyeliner.

It sounds fine except for the eye liner, it could end up looking bad if you don't know how to do it, I have friends that were pretty when they didn't wear make-up but now they go crazy with eyeliner, mascara and eye shadow, they look like Egyptians! This is what I use
~ clinique eyeshadow, Victorian pink.
`pressed powder
~ blush
~ I curl my eyelashes, why mess with yucky mascara when a eyelash curler works better anyway?
and just any old clear or clearish-pink lipgloss.

when I was younger I used eyeshadows and applied them as eyeliner (just use the side of the eyeshadow sponge applicator). It was a little more fun (I used some fun greens and pinks...it looked cooler than it sounds).
It's not too much makeup. Just make sure you wash off your makeup every night before bed, or you'll wake up with acne - then you'll really need the concealer...

Not at all! That is absolutely fine! Anyone who tells you different doesn't know what they are talking about. You could even get away with eyeshadow and blush (but be careful with bright colors lol)
Being a hollister hottie you have to look good!
And that isn't too much makeup!

No it's not all i have to say is that consealer would not be your best friend becuse over the years when you'er 15 or 14 you'll look 38 a try to use dark circle creams to get raid of them not cover them

As long as you don't over do the eyeliner.
I use:
Almay eyeliner [thin but darkkk]
Telescopic mascara [anything with small bristles is best]
I think bare lips are wayyyy better. I think that
lipgloss is too much. [my opinion]
&I like to use a little blush.
[for a more sophisticated look]
and I use bare naturale loreal' base
[any concealer,base,cover up works better with a blush brush]

No...also make sure your liner isn't very thick..it cna be unflattering. This is what I use, but I make sure it's natural-looking so people think I'm naturally that way. :) I'm 14 btw. Just a year and a half older!
*mascara (w/eyelash curler)
*lip gloss (Burt's Bees-it has color AND is a chapstick with a pepperminty feel)
*powder
*concealer (I have dark circles too :( )
*eyeshadow

eyeshadow
bronzer
and eyeliner
EVERYDAY!!
so i think you are fine as long as your not doing the whole blue eyeshadow red lips thing or other tacky makeup like that then i think it looks fine!

Just a few swipes 2-3 of mascara and eyeliner only on top.

No i'm 13 and I wear that too, as long as you don't use to much, keep it very natural
