the AP polls really pissed me off this weekend. Now im not a huge fan of college football, but when they polls came out, it pissed me off that the badgers are not even ranked. How can a team who were #5 two weeks ago drop to #19 then totally out of the rankings despite the fact they only lost 2 games? Can someone please explain how this systems works? I've never seen the badgers not being in the top 10....

It's not just that they lost twice, but that they lost to unranked (at the time) conference opponents.

There are a couple of two-loss teams in the top 25, but they're teams that have been winning lately. And in the case of a team like Tennesse, there's no comparison with the Badgers. While Wisconsin has lost to Penn State and Illinois, the Vols have lost to California and Florida.

I have nothing against Wisconsin, but they don't deserve to be ranked at this point. They've collapsed badly.

The system is flawed. The major flaw is that the first poll comes out before the first game. With that theory the voters are just going on last year and press clippings from spring ball and not results.

As for Wisconsin, they had a high ranking to begin and teams lost ahead of them, combined with less than stellar wins against UNLV and Citadel, the Badgers were consider a"weak" #5, then they lost the last two and voters decided to punish Wisconsin.

I can see precisely wherein you are coming from with this put up - it's abnormal that they spend such a lot time with men and women they hate - however then, so will we, wherein there are such a large amount of feminist-most effective organizations we would become a member of. Plus, up to the relatively offensive ones annoy me - they do have a correct to be right here, and to their possess opinion. If feminism is a concept for all of society, which it claims to be, then all of society has a correct to talk about it, although men and women come to one other end than us. There is not any targeted change, ideologically, politically or in phrases of achievements among democracies and dictatorships - besides one enables its enemies to talk, organise or even undertaking them, even as the opposite does now not. So it is not such a lot a query of why do the anti-feminists maintain coming right here - without doubt, should you would shout at your enemies and make contact with them names all day lengthy - would not you? Imagine being capable to heckle politicians this so much? And that is how they see feminism - because the ruler of the sector. The a lot more intriguing query is, why do the feminists maintain coming right here? When there are, as I say, such a lot of different feminist-most effective organizations they would move to? They get no credit score for it, it will get them no-wherein, no person consents with them, they do not even get admiration, they get trolled, cloned, insulted each unmarried day, on nearly each unmarried put up - but right here they're, calmy, patiently, and for the 15,000th time explaining what equality is all approximately, and what feminism is. Would you feel a political candidate courageous, if he took this so much grief and saved going? I might... Voice of fact - a 'chav' is a reduce magnificence english individual - very similar to 'deficient white trash' - it has most likely not anything to do with chauvinism :-)

NCAA football teams only play 11 games. If a team losses twice they are far behind teams who haven't lost at all ro teams who lost one game. Wisconsin lost to two unranked teams which means they are not very good after all. There are teams who lost once to unranked teams who are not in the top 25. It's cool to be a fan on your team but don't watch the BCS blinded. Your team is not very good.

Yes it does, what made it worse was the same week #2 USC lost and what happened they go to number 10 and they lost to stanford, thats right Stanford (Unranked). Then UK loses to SC (south Carolina) and falls from 8 to 17. This week UK beats LSU and they fll how far to 5. I dont get this BCS crap, it makes no sense and only favors the big name schools, or who College Football thinks would be best to win a championship. Just total stupidity

because wisconsin is overrated. look at who they have played so far. not even a ranked team yet and they already lost 2 games and they havent even played ohio state or michigan yet. so theyre losing to unranked team. they were ranked based on their name sake. besides the big-10 sucks which makes wisconsin look even worst.
