Not a one of them. Cheney has been an excellent VP, Gonzales was just a victim of the libs rabid need to get even for Bush beating the pants off Gore and Kerry, Delay was found not guilty, like we expected, Rumsfeld did a good job twice, and Libby, well, I think what Berger did was much worse and yey you libs still fall all over yourselves kissing his butt.

As a Republican, I think Rumsfeld was the worst and indefensible. He never planned for what to do after the fighting stopped.

In terms of Libby. Let's remember he was not pardoned. His sentence was commuted, but that means he still has a criminal record. His conviction was not erased.

Bush because he immediately turned into a big government Democrat after he was sworn into office. Its almost like having 3 terms of Clinton in office.

Although I classify myself as a Republican (a TRUE Republican, not one of the cronies currently in office), I don't defend ANYBODY that is in the current government.

I support Ron Paul, although he isn't really a Republican.

Obviously no one can read or follow your instructions to not mention the " C" word. It's already been said twice in six posts! To answer your question, I think Rummy is the hardest to defend.

WOW! That's a tough one. Probably Bush because of his continual verbal gaffes, his nonexistent foreign-policy, the way he gives nicknames to important heads of state and diplomats i.e. calling the head of Russia 'Pooty-Poo' in public, and serving wieners and beans to visiting heads of state.
