I just got a white pair of tights from Urban outfitters and they are super cute but I don't know what to wear them with... any suggestions?

alot of people now are wearing tights with a mini dress[casual] i think that is your best bet. especially if you don't want it to be too dressy.

With polka dots this is an quite nice line. i think of that this question is a splash stressful to respond to with out some photos, or comparable photos, because of the fact the cut back is unknown so this is stressful to verify in the event that they're even possible.
