I was hired where I used to live as a server at the age of 15 because I was responsible and very good at it. Your perfect wager is a small relatives owned eating position and/or a eating position that would not serve alcohol. Many chain eating places will require servers be a minimum of 18 and that is often because you won't be able to serve alcohol till you're 18.

Your best bet is a small family owned restaurant and/or a restaurant that doesn't serve alcohol. Many chain restaurants will require servers be at least 18 and that's often because you can't serve alcohol until you're 18.
