In my 20's, I could hardly wait to get old enough to have wrinkles. I know that sounds very odd, but I wanted to see my personal life's story emerge across my face. I watched as my historical map of my life slowly appeared.

I don't have many wrinkles yet, but lately when I look in the mirror I see my dad's frown lines from the sides of my nose to the corners of my mouth. But, I have another set of smile lines on the outside of those, and they are my very own! I also have aquired my mom's kiss wrinkles above my top lip. I have one wrinkle between my eyebrows only on one side. It's an inquisitive wrinkle.

I have always been facinated by faces. What do your lines say about you?

My face could be described as 'well lived in' or seen the ravagers of time, indeed I was once told that I had a nice complexion, provided I was 600 years old, I look in the mirror in the morning and see a close detailed map of hell.

I love this question. I have the question lines between my eyes and that sometimes makes me look grumpy, which I am not. I too have the kiss wrinkles on my top lip from smoking. The rest of my face is fairly smooth but I am changing into my mother so gradually I cant see it but folks that havent seen me in a while are pretty surprised. Great Question.

Edit. I do have the crows feet around my eyes.

My face is fairly smooth...at least what's not covered by my trimmed beard. I do have some arrows in the corners of my eyes, and some smile lines at my mouth. I was told 3 times in 1 week a couple of weeks ago that I don't look 60 (almost 61).

Actually, not a whole lot. I don't have many wrinkles or lines.

I was going to give you this big line about a couple of crow's attacking the corners of my eyes and leaving their footprints, but I figured you probably wouldn't believe it anyway. ROFLOL!

My new avatar, should it ever happen to pop up, will give you a general impression of what I actually do look like, except the eyes are not that large.

I am also fascinated by what peoples faces become
my ordinary face to me seems bland and almost lifeless
and many in my family and friends claim I never change and that I am the one that inherited my parents eternal youth genes
but when I laugh or break out in my huge smiles, those wrinkle lines are all over my face

My face is unusally boyish No freckles. No wrinkles. I was told when was young not to worry overmuch as it would settle on the face in the form on wrinkles. So,while I did not fight shy of taking risks in my life I neve worried about the outcome. I once chased a vessel with contaband on high seas in a country craft which threatened to sink at any time as te sea was rough. I was conscious of the risk but then I told myself that worrying about it would only give me wrinkles.

I have one deep furrow between my eyes to the left...it's a frown line...even my kiddy pics show me frowning...light has always bothered my eyes! lol

No other wrinkles, crow's feet, spider veins, etc on my face...blessed with clear skins but what I DO have is beginning sagging of the upper eye lids and lower cheeks...ah well....lived an adventuresome full life, raised 3 kids, married twice, demanding careers, excitement and woe and sadness...in short? LIFE lol

Most folk think me to be in my late 50's...but I've never been one to lie about age.

My lines say that I've had a lot of laughs, and a good many worries along the way. Raising 5 boys does that to a face! Don't see either of my parents when I look in the mirror, but I do see my paternal grandmother. Lines and all, she was still a beautiful Irish lass...and I hope I wear mine as gracefully as she did.

My face is pretty smooth for an old guy, I'm 61. I never smoked so I don't have the kiss mouth thing. I am a vegetarian but i do eat seafood. I see worry lines on my forehead and smile lines. I escaped the crows feet. In my youth I spent much time in the sun, so I do have a age spot on my jaw line. Thanks for asking!

I have that same one wrinkle, too! It's between my eyebrows on my left side. My husband has many "laugh wrinkles" at the corners of his eyes. I love those, it shows his wonderful sense of humor!
