What should I wear for a "James Bond" themed pep rally?

I'm a girl.
Our dress code says that everything must have a 2" thick sleeve/strap; all shorts/skirts/dresses have to come to no more than 3" above the knee.

Of course a modest gold skin tight dress with a gold spray paint all over you would be distinctive.
