We ended up dating for about a year after our blind date together.

I have always had more success with blind dates because of my unfortunate appearance. I am clean and intelligent but not very handsome and the fact that my date could not SEE me has always helped to bolster my self esteem and my courage.Sighted girls seem to shy away from my LOOKS. The most difficult part is FINDING a girl that is blind. Where do I go to FIND a nice blind girl? Surgery is an option but it is so very expensive and I come from a very poor family. I think that it was my genetics that made me this way. I am a VERY nice guy though!

Yes they have. One of the best girls I ever dated started out as a blind date.

Once or twice. I don't like the idea of blind dates. Rather be attracted to him & accept his invitation for a date.
