I've countered their opinions by giving thumbs up, but generally not all answers in a section. Yeah, it gives me a feeling of power! Hey, what can I say?

I have done that because I don't like to see good answers get a thumbs down for no reason.

Not every answer, but if I feel that a really good answer got a thumbs down, then I'll give it a thumbs up to counter the thumbs down.

Yeah, if I think the thumbs down was unfair. Honestly, sometimes it seems like somebody is just going through giving random thumbs down!

Usually, when I ask a question, I give thumbs-up to all answers anyways... it shows that these people took the time to answer my question, and it's my small way of thanking them.
