and why. why should someone here ILLEGALLY(key word)who doesn't pay taxes, take someone elses chances of getting money to go to college?

No! The ONLY free thing they are entitled to is a free ride back to where they came from via military escort! They should be banned from EVER coming back! Maybe the Bush administration will be able to explain why they are getting money when Americans are hard pressed!
You think this is bad, wait till Bush gets his way and dissolves our borders with Mexico and Canada! Looks like this is just the tip of the iceberg!

actually not all illegal immigrants decide not to pay taxes, most of them do, the company that they work for deducts them. They just don't file their taxes because they are unaware that they can do that. I believe that the ones that do, or have parents that do should be able to get scholarships. also not all scholarships come from taxes.
