but she can't start, has gasoline, new sparks, the carburators are clean, the engine crank normally but doesn't start .
somebody can help me with this.

Make sure that it has spark and that it is getting fuel.

One quick trick you can try is to squirt about a teaspoonful of gas into each sparkplug hole, quickly install the plugs and give it a try. If it does not start look for ignition/spark problems, if it does start and runs only briefly look for fuel/carb problems.

Try starting it, make sure choke closes, if it don't start. Pull the plugs if they wet its getting fuel. then it might be a fireing problem. If not wet its not getting fuel.
