and air came out of my vagina... making a farting noise
does this mean something bad?
why did all this air come out when he pushed on my uterus area?

When he was thrusting inside of you he was pushing air inside of you. When he pushed on your stomach it basically pushed the air back out resulting in what is known as a p*ssy fart!

That's totally normal. It happens in some positions more than others. Vaginal "farts" are called queefs.
During penetration some air can be forced into the vagina - and it comes out again.

Don't worry, it's normal... it happens to me too if my fiancee and I don't have sex for a few days... it's the built up air inside that comes from the pushing and pulling during sex.
