chevy van, lease bit of rain it won't start, a day or so of dry weather then it will, can someone help?

At night pop the hood (with motor running),if you see sparks jumping you need a cap,rotor and wires! You have gone this far put plugs in too!

either the plug wires get wet or the distributor cap gets wet
