No matter how hard I work or study, I always see myself failing. I work the hardest on projects, yet someone else is given all the credit. I'm the only one left out on bonuses in my company and do miserable in school also. Always discover that everyone else just cheats, but they don't let me in. I know that I am not worse than others, but the results just always turn out that way.

I know this may seem silly but you have to look at things in a more positive way. Hope a bit more and go about life In your best way, doing what you think is right. This is all what we really need to feel happy over. you have to stop looking at all the (bad) results of the past, and look at the good things and how you go about things. In your question it seems like your writing your future, The fact is now is the present, and as much as the past effects where we are now. It doesn't mean we have look at everything that's gone wrong, and everything we have failed at, and believe that this is the way it is and is going to stay.

What are you after? I think every human being is after the same thing, and that is to be happy. And most people make the mistake of thinking that full happiness is something we can only get once we have achieved a series of things..but the fact is where open to it now. Does it make you happy to aways see your self failing, to say that the results are aways bad, to say you are miserable at school. The key is in the way we look at things.

You should look at how hard you work on the projects and be proud of how well you do a job. You should look at how you do your best and try your hardest and never cheat. Can't you feel happy over this.

Now, what i'm going to say now is usually something people can only find out on there own. If you believe things are going to go well while looking at all the effort you have put in things. Things will go better, you have do rid yourself of all the doubt. The truth is its all to do with the power of thought, Try thinking like you have already achieved everything, think like your the best at everything you do, if you can you are given the happiness already. And believe me this is so much better than waiting for the happiness to come. You have already won, please trust me its defiantly worth thinking positive. lol believe me, but more importantly believe in yourself...yes this sounds fairy airy but why not think like this. Give yourself credit and praise yourself on how well you have done. Be happy over everything you are and everything you have and wala its like a chain reaction you beam out all this great feeling and amazing thoughts of your self and its like you set a wave of your thoughts through everything around you. And in result everything goes exactly how you want it to.

lol im not nuts and im not on drugs, its just plain real.

Try reading the master Key system, or take a look at all of these

You need to speak up for yourself!! If you worked the hardest on a project, damn well let the higher ups know! Ask why you're left out of bonuses..you have a right to know. Try to view school as a stepping stone to better yourself, and give it as much as you can, you'll see a difference. Cheats always get theirs in the end...don't go that road!!

Life is NOT unfair! It is just a matter of attitude. Change yours. Think, act and look at things in a positive way.

As long as you know you have done your best without cheating...be at peace with it. Because eventually, you will come out a winner. Those that cheated have not learn a thing. They will end up cheating for the rest of their lives until they can not cheat anymore.

Study as hard as you can, work as hard as you can. Think you are successful in every aspects. Then, watch it happen. Just don't loose that thought!

It is the power of your mind. What your mind can conceive you can achieve!

Good luck!

You may be fulfilling your own prophecy,"I always see myself failing". Read the Power of Positive Thinking,by Norman Vincent Peale. If someone is getting the credit you deserve, start documenting all activity done on projects and present it to your supervisor. Companies cannot single 1 person out not to get a bonus. When it happens , again go to your supervisor and ask why.

You have to seek a place where your actions may give you credit. This rarely happens in a big company. Here is the trade-off: security vs. self satisfaction. Big companies often offer security: paid vacations, holidays, a pension. Entrepreneurships (working for yourself) offere self-satisfaction and you reap the rewards and credit for you labor, but when you don't work you don't get paid. See the trade-off? I decided to stay in a job where I did not get credit for being who I am, and I eventually lost my creativeness, but I am getting a pension soon and I am still young enough to pursue my dreams. Part of it was, I did not wake up to this realization soon enough. Put now someone is telling you now. Life is full of these choices. Step back, look at the flowers, and choose your bouquet.

Live through it... your gonna feel this every second till the day you die... this is life... if it was fair... there wouldnt be an unfair.. and everyone would have everything they ever wanted... think about.. focus on other htings in life.. things on the positive side..
And keep trying... hard work is NEVER wasted... someones always takin count.. and just keep yourself motivated.. and never give up the fight... cuz the second you do.. you fall back.. and then things are gonna be much worse than "unfair"

You are learning one of the hardest lessons of adult hood that life isn't fair. And you know what no one should have told you that it would be. Because life is lived by people who aren't perfect there will be times when one person has an advantage over someone else and there will be times when the tables are turned to your side. IF you're looking for fairness in life you're bound to be disappointed and disillusioned with life. IF you accept that because life is lived by people and some time they have different agenda's than you will be able to look out of yourself and be in a better chance to look out for yourself and to see the people who aren't just about themselves. There are people who really care about their fellow human beings and you'll learn to recognize them when you learn to recognize the ones who are all about them selves. The good guys tend to get lost in the crowd.

You need to be strong enough to open your mouth and say something rather than let someone take credit for your work. You need to grow a back bone and stand up for yourself or you're destined to live the life of a doormat!

yeah many people love using others...they don't let you in because it is just perfect for them to have someone who is better right beside them yet use him/her without feeling any competition...you know before i used to think 'oh man! i wish i could be more like them' and then i had a plan to become one of them
but this is not who i am
and i believe that positive will come back to me...it actually does...i can feel it whenever i do something good for others
the people that live their lives that way have a choice...and they have made it
i don't know it seems to be working for most lol but again, it will come back to them i am sure...and it also depends on what you want in life
you know my boss (the guy that would only care to deceive and charge more money for his services once said 'oh! oh! it just seems that i am trying to talk to people and they are not listening..no one is listening!'
..well why would anyone want to listen to his problems? but if he prefers to have more money in life rather than understanding, it is his choice and he is getting exactly what he wants
you know i believe that we create what we want
just be strong to stay who you are because there is a good reason for it trust me!
just like they say, positive has more power
Good Luck :)

Life is indifferent - it is not unfair. You work hard because you are a hard worker; toot your horn, they do. If you do miserable in school, learn how YOU learn-then go at it. Don't cheat because others do it.
Nothing comes easy, work harder at it, promote yourself, and study like hell. You'll then succeed.
