Yeah but that was back in the seventies and the eighties when radio was good and it mattered.
Who the hell listens to the radio for music these days? All it is are commercials interrupted by some mediocre songs with a smattering of good music sometimes.

I sure have. It wasn't so much about that person hearing it (but if they did, great!) as much as it was about telling everyone who wa listening how you felt about the one you were dedicating it to.
