If you mean when you plead not guilty, then the judge won't ask any more questions after that, and set it for a trial. he may ask if you want an attorney to represent you.

I had the same thing to happen to me and I said not guilty and he said that we will have a trail in which the officer said that I was guilty so the judge said that I had to pay a fine of 100.00 dollars and that was it.

i just came from court i had a loud music ticket... all he tells u is that what happened? do u believe u are entitled to be believed? why u believe ur not guilty ,... nothing special...
