Yes. You can definitely recognize an attractive woman or be drawn to attractive qualities about the opposite sex. We are humans and it is the law of attraction. It is another story to act on those crushes though...

Yes, I'm married, not dead. I have met several women that I have developed crushes on, sense I have been married, but I never go beyond flirting. I also don't hide my wife and kids from anyone that I like, just to show that I am dedicated to my family. The problem some people run into is they don't set limits how far they can go.

Of course they can. When we were first married 40 yrs ago, my wife had a real case on Lee Majors and I had a case on Angie Dickenson. We gave each other permission to have an affair with those two only, if we ever had a chance. Of course we never have, but it acknowledged the fact that we could be attracted to another and laugh about it. We even went to a Halloween party dressed as Lee from Big Country and Angie from Oceans 11, and called each other Lee and Angie all evening.

It may be hormones. Pregnancy can literally make you crazy horny! Look up research on that. Don't torture yourself for being tempted or having fantasies. The troubling part of your story is that you say you "really" want this guy--and that he knows it. That's dangerous, and THAT's where your marriage will get screwed up. Imagine how you would feel if your husband was in the same situation! What would you want him to do? PS-you are PREGNANT. Let's not forget what's most important here. (that would be your children and your marriage). Cut yourself off from this other man. Don't see him or talk to him if you can avoid it. And DON'T do anything. Every marriage faces obstacles like this--it's what you do about them that defines your marriage.

NO. haha. sorry but crushes are special eye candies for an opposite gender. and i do think that married men can adore all genders and do not have that special thing for a certain opposite gender. happily married men reserve every special thing for their wife.

Depends on your definition of a crush.
I would have to say no. Admiring someone is not a crush....you don't have a crush unless you spend some time really focusing on that woman, which would be wrong.
And remember...."cheating" is ANYTHING you are doing that you would NOT do if your spouse was looking over your shoulder.

I think its possible for this to happen, but rare if they are truely happy with their wife. A man has to allow himself to become strongly attracted to another woman on other areas other than just admiring physical beauty.

Of course they do... so do happily married women, so long as you don't act on them, there's no harm.
