tan^2+2/1+tan=1+cos^2

and

csc^2-cot/csc^2-1=cos^2

tan^2 + 2 = sin^2/cos^2 + 2cos^2/cos^2 = (1 + cos^2)/cos^2.

So the first one doesn't look right, if I guessed correctly where you meant to put the parentheses.

In general, it would be helpful if you put parentheses in, so that we don't have to guess among several different possible placements.
