WOW, there have been some ridiculously bad answers here. That is a very nice card, easily enough for those two games. As for the hard drive, yeah its not the biggest in the world, but will easily be enough for those games and plenty of other stuff. As for RAM, well that is the only thing you didn't list, but as long as it has at least 1GB you will be fine. This is really amazing to me, people usually overrate gaming systems on here, but this was the exact opposite.

I agree that the hard drive is too small for me personally, but this is a decent gaming computer. Some people consider a gaming computer as one having all the latest and greatest gadgets, however what they fail to realize it that the technology today far exceeds any game on the market! I have an older 939 single core AMD 3100 that has only a gig of RAM and 2 200 gb hard drives and a 6600 BFG video card and it CAN PLAY ANY GAME ON THE MARKET except the new Microsoft titles that require Vista as I refuse to install that garbage OS on any of my computers.

The video card is so-so, but it will easily run Sim City 4. You don't say how much RAM, but go for 2 GB. Should last a good few months - go for it!

That computer would not be very good for gaming, especially for your purposes. The hard drive is too small and there is not enough memory. The CPU is decent but i would definetly look for somthing better. If your looking for deals on gaming comptuers, try microspectpc.com.
