The reason I am asking, I was watching TV a few days ago and there was a Prisoner in a prison that stated that they cannot take his DNA, Blood, Urine, Saliva due to to his Religious beliefs. Now if that state decides to take samples from him are they violating his Religious beliefs and could he sue if they forced him to do this either by Physical force or demanding him

Christian Science does not allow people to seek regular medical treatment. And Jehovah's Witnesses do not allow transfusions, transplants, immunizations, that includ putting anothers body fluids, tissues, or organs into another. As for testing I don't think so.

Christian Scientists will not seek treatment, but they will still take tests to get diagnosed. If this guy is hiding DNA it's because he did something else they don't know about yet.

Yes, Christian Scientists believe that all physical illness is caused by an impurity in the thoughts or lifestyle of the person.. They believe they can heal themselves by purifying themselves of the stress causing the illness.
also they have faith in God to do as he wishes with them.... and doctors are nearly worshiped in this culture and should not replace the faith people should put in God....

They can't physically insert something into his body and take it from him. But if he defecates, spits, urinates, smokes a cigarette, or uses a spoon or fork and then throws it away, it is legal for it to be tested for DNA.
