I can think of one movie. In the film "No Way to Treat a Lady" serial killer Rod Steiger (disguised as a middle-aged woman) deceives bar-fly Kim August by pretending to fall ill in her presence. Kim takes the old faker home to rest and recover unaware he/she is a psychotic killer. Once inside the woman's apartment the killer (still dressed as a woman) sneaks up behind her in the bathroom and strangles her to death with a pair of her pantyhose he found hanging from the shower rod. The serial killer then called the detective who was tracking him and informed the detective about his latest victim (along with the victim's address). Later, after the killer was long gone the police arrived at the woman's apartment and found her dead body in a sitting position on top of the closed toilet seat.

I don't know a movie where a woman strangles anyone, especially not someone with pantyhose. If someone with pantyhose is killed by a woman in a move the method is probably poisoning.
