I'm learning as I go. Most of what I have learned is by trial and error or by asking for help on Y&A questions .Since I found out how to copy and paste I do it as often as I can. I have a computer book for seniors which I looked through . I do enjoy googling and using google earth . You should check out Las Vegas, Nevada. You can get in really close and some of the buildings are awsome and that's putting it mildly!

I don't use half the stuff loaded on here. My son loaded the software and was so excited about all the features. All I know is on/off, print and turn off. lol Seriously, I don't really need all the added features. I was interested in the firewalls and ad blockers, so I am happy. I use Microsoft word for letters and other things, the calculator, Internet, and the photo features.

Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Nero. Learning how to use Paint. Know various programs for work ACT, Goldmine and Salesforce. Those are the ones I use most. I'm 56. Should I know more than that?

Not very. I've been at it ten months. I can email, surf the web, play poker, and play around on Y/A. I recently learned how to write on wordpad. I recently got a printer. It worked well the first couple of times, but now won't quit printing unless I unplug it. It's driving me crazy. Still have bunches to learn. Almost forgot, my friend and I can IM each other. Typing back and forth, not voice.

Literate enough to find a way in & a way out. I love viruses...they force you to find a way if you truly want to use your computer over the internet connections! If I tell ya, then I'll have to kill ya! lol!
