Simply put, you cannot use your subconscious on purpose, because by definition you are not aware of what is subconscious. What you can do, however, is make the subconscious conscious. How? By focusing more intently on your feelings and thoughts, thus bringing them more into awareness. E.g., if you are not retaining information from reading, it may be because you are having subconscious thoughts, causing your mind to stray from your text. You should attempt to become aware of these subconscious thoughts, catch them early, and refocus on your reading. Another example of making the subconscious conscious: Lets say that you eat snack food more than you really want to. Try to become aware of the subconscious thoughts that encourage you to keep up this habit, such as "Well, one more won't hurt anything," or Well, "I've blown my diet already, so I might as well just finish all these Oreos." Just keep trying to "get in touch" with your subconscious thoughts and feelings, and more of them will become conscious. Then you can deal with them and change your behavior when you wish.

The subconscious is all powerful and your genie. It's truly simple to learn proper coding in order to use it well.

There's a few good video/audio kits out on it. Check eBay. Books I'd recommend are "The Power of Now" by E. Tolle, "The Wisdom of the Mystic Masters" by Joseph Weed, and perhaps one of the ones on the Silva mind control method. Also, there's a great one on "How to Read the Aura" by Ted Andews. There are some simply visualization and training exercises in those that will help.

Wake up! Try this, before you go to sleep tonight, tell yourself to wake up before your alarm goes off or 10 minutes before it goes off. Tell yourself several times before going to sleep. You will probably wake up before the alarm, proving that your subconscious can keep up with the time and it can be controlled by you.

You would have to talk randomly about anything that pops into your head. Then you examine all the information and try to look for patterns.

a superstition (believe it if you want) is to write down the info and read it (aloud helps more) before you fall asleep. if you got a recorder, say it on record and listen to it before you sleep.
