The numbers of the Fibonacci sequence are the product of the two previous numbers in the sequence:
1
1 = _+1
2 = 1+1
3 = 1+2
5 = 2+3
8 = 3+5
4 is not in the sequence.

It's NOT the Fibonacci sequence, because the "4" doesn't belong.
I don't see where it particularly follows Pascal's Triangle. They're certainly not the square numbers (1, 4, 9, 16...) nor the triangular numbers (1, 3, 6, 10, 15...).
So my guess is "The person who wrote this problem meant it to be B, but made a mistake by writing a 4".

Sounds like B - Fibonacci sequence. When the third number is equal to the sum of the two numbers before it (2+1=1, 3=2+1) but don't quote me on it!!

If you delete the 4 in your sequence, it is a fibonacci sequence. None of the others are even close.
I hope this helps!
