The formula is
P(t)=Pe^(rt)

You know what P was... initial number
e is the base of natural log, the constant
rate is 13 minutes...

One thing to be careful is, you are asked to define P(t) in hours. Your rate is given in minutes.

Also notice, you are talking about exponential GROWTH, not decay. Watch the sign...!
