I like 3 small meals. If it's the weekend I might just have one big meal for dinner and one small meal for breakfast. I like to eat light in the morning.

The three smaller meals is best. Actually I would like to eat real tiny meals all day long. That way I wouldn't have stretched out my belly! lol

I prefer small meals, several time a day. And 2,000 is a lot. I am usually at 1400 to 1600 each day.

Makes more sense for you to eat three smaller meals.

One big meal would be good.......but then I would end up getting hungry still......so I would be taking in alot more calories that way!! Six small meals is supposed to be good, that way you get to eat when you are actually hungry....just make sure they are small and you don't go overboard. I don't eat that way.....but I hear it is good!!

Definately three. It's healthier and I would get too hungry to just have one meal a day.

Three smaller ones... I'm not hungry for a bunch of food all at once, but rather a small amount at certain times.

One big meal will leave you starving later, so spreading out calories is best.
