I love the name Miranda. She is a character in Shakespeare's the Tempest. What do you think of the name? And possible middle names?

Miranda's a really pretty name when paired with the right middle name. I think that Miranda (as you know) has a slight masculine tinge so it needs to be paired with a feminine middle name. I think Miranda Grace sounds really pretty. I also really like Miranda Lily. You can call her various nicknames for short. So, yes, I'll have to say either Miranda Lily or Miranda Grace.

I think it's a pretty name. The only time I've heard the name was on Sex and the City (which I'm sure alot of people could relate to). But hey! Shakespeare is great too ;).

I think that it would sound best with middle names starting with an R, N or a D. It would just make it flow really nicely.

Miranda Noel
Miranda Diane
Miranda Rebecca
Miranda Reese
Miranda Rose (Rosalyn)

Good luck! I hope you find something that you love.

Yeah Miranda is nice not common either. I think it's feminine. Marie could work well as a middle name. Does depend on what the last name is though.

I'm not a fan of the name.. I don't know, it just doesn't have an attractive sound. The "an" sound in the middle.. MirANda, is just an ugly sound to make! It's a whiney sound, you know what I mean? Just my thoughts.

It's not one of my faves, and I think most people will associate it with Sex and the City character, not The Tempest.
