motorola rzr z3?

i have the motorola rzr z3 i have had it for 3-4months and just recently teh signal keeps cuttin out and makes my phone have a blank screen.the phone signal keeps cuttin out less than a minute apart does this mean my phone has a virus? or is something else wrong with it

I dont think its a virus but, you can try to reprogram it by doing *228 then choose the options 1 and then reboot and repeat except do option 2. You may also take it back to the store and get it repaired or replaced under warranty.
