I'll do the first for you and you figure out how to do the rest.
$35 for every 10 people is a ratio of 35:10 or 7:2 (divide both by their common factor - 5)
So for every 2 people you hope to get $7
You have 346 people. This is 173 lots of 2 people.
173 x 7 = 1111.

The other way to look at it is they wish to make $3.5 per head
$3.5 x 346
You do the arithmetic.

money over people
35 over 10 = x over 346
cross multiply and divide
35 x 346 / 10 = $1211

moon over earth
3 over 5 = x over 112
3 x 112 / 5 = 67.2 pounds
**It is not exact, I don't want to find the exact conversion, but you get the idea you can fix it.

planted over grew
20/14 = x/150
20 x 150/14= 214.2857, round to 214
