Help identifying classical music work?

It is a canon for clarinet, taken from an étude book. It's by WF Bach. It's in D-flat (not concert pitch).

Can you tell us what the time signature is, what beat of the measure it starts on and kind and name of the first several notes (i.e. quarter note-G , eighth-F#, etc.)?
