This is a hyperbola centered at the origin. The y intercepts are the vertices:
x = 0:
y^2 = 4
y = +/- 2
y intercepts are at (0, 2) and (0, -2)
It has no x intercepts.
It has two asymptotes which are the lines:
y = (3/2)x and y = (-3/2)x
The foci are at :
√(2^2 + 3^2) = +/- 5
(0, 5) and (0, -5)
