Here is a product that is environmentally safe, pet safe, and human safe. It's called "liquid fence". It even comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This product is applied to the lawn area with a handy hose sprayer. What it does is penetrate into the soil coating worms and roots with a very unpallatable substance, making gophers, moles, and voles look for another food source, preferably in the neighbors yard..lol. I had the opportunity to talk with a company representative at a seminar recently and he said that they have been getting great feedback on this product, as well as all their product line. Here is a link with some info and their official website. I now you can buy it at some retail stores, but I don't really know which ones right off hand. You may want to contact them through their site and ask them for the nearest retailer handling their products. Hope this answers your question.

There are only a few ways to get rid of moles and one is to flush them out with water or buy mole repellent. This repellent goes into the moles hole, so your pet should be safe from it.

You need to get rid of their food, which are grubs. They can be controlled by applying a product containing MERIT. GrubX is just one. You apply this dry product following the directions in late spring. The grubs die, the moles go away. Remember to spread some of the product in flower beds and there are grubs there also.
