Generally sentence starters are capitals.
As already stated, think about what you want to say and just say it. But be sure to start it with a capital, end it with an exclamation mark, or a question mark, or a period.
See that it has a subject and verb with appropriate adjectives describing what you're talking about.

You can start a sentence with practically any word at all.

Think of what you want to say in the whole sentence: shake it around in your head, and it will fall out with a beginning, a middle and an end.
