Does your inner peace come from your Higher Power, your inner voice, your friends, a group, a Big Book or from another place all together? Where do you find strength? Where does your hope come from? How do you piece it all together and will you share it with me?

I find my strength, serenity, and hope from several different places. I believe in God and in Jesus Christ. I believe I am going to Heaven (we all are going to Heaven in the end). I have a WONDERFUL husband who takes care of me when I'm ill (I take care of him when he'll ill, too, of course). I can go outside, even in the city and see WONDROUS things ... just walking down the street next to the freeway a few weeks ago, I saw a bald eagle fly over me ... I was STUNNED, and smiled the rest of the day. Start by 'stopping to smell the flowers.' Then move on, and look for 'beauty' in the homeless, the sad, the poor ... you WILL find it if you know how to look, so keep looking (and also listening). Pray, whether you BELIEVE in God or not. God doesn't really care whether you 'believe' and God is ALWAYS LISTENING. Then 'reach out' to help someone who has 'less' than you have ... even if you are 'the poorest person on earth' you can find this person ... and that 'reaching out' will make BOTH of you much richer. LOVE is the answer to EVERY QUESTION.

It all comes from God. God is the answer to all. If you want true inner peace you must learn to live your life according to God's ways and wishes. I have come to the realization that he is the only path to true enlightenment. I gone down many paths and his is the only path that has shown truth, love, honesty and peace. His is the only that gives me strength, courage, comfort and hope. He is all. I am not a religious fanatic, or a christian. I am a catholic that just believes. It took me many years to get to this point but I am glad and proud to say that I have finally arrived. If you feel you need help just lift your hands up to him and ask and speak and he shall be there for you. You just must listen closely and carefully, he will always be there for you.

My strength and hope come from my family values. To piece it all together there is oneness with the whole self. Sharing is no problem.

Farm I try answer most questions honestly. The big book hasn't worked for me. Basicly my strength comes from with in. Over the years I found its to hard to come back when I give up totaly (:(:

If I could only tell you just how much I love Jesus! I have lived a HARD life, and through it all people have been envious of me, not knowing my struggles....my faith was so strong and through everything, no matter how much pain I've suffered, I continued to have joy deep down, because I trusted that God had a perfect plan. And sure enough, I have been able to find the blessing in all of my situations. And my blessings just continue to pour in. He is the best friend possible...He never leaves me and I will continue to walk by faith, not by sight! He has NEVER let me down, and I am sooo very thankful!

I find it in the beautiful person you are & with all the things you mentioned. It's a "inside" job. Give time...time. You seem to be on the right road. Stay on it and "more will be revealed". You will know peace. That is a promise!

within myself. i'm a satanist which means i disbelieve in god , the devil, heaven, hell. when im faced with a difficult situation i basically pray to myself for guidance because from inner thought is where the answer truly arises from. im basically my own god because me and only me controls my good and evil. oh and sometimes music can stimulate my power. or love for someone. i dont have any hope though.

I find it within myself. I dont have anyone else to rely on....
I generally believe we generate in live what we think we deserve and I constantly live my life that way.
I deserve the world so I carry myself in that way. I have goals/dreams and thats what I live toward basically.

(because I'm highly fearful, easily led and superstitious)
