General auto store will have mirror glue. Disconnect wires, remove metal base from mirror(usually one screw) Mark where old mirror was and the clean windshield(razor blade works good) apply glue and activator, apply base and hold for a couple minutes. attach the wires and put mirror back on base and tighten.

I would take it to a glass place close by. They will re-attach it at a nominal cost. Or you can buy a mirror re-attach kit at any auto store for a couple of bucks and do it yourself. Just follow the simple directions. It's easy.

Auto parts stores have repair kits for your mirror that are inexpensive. You can pay more by going to a auto glass repair store.
