If you pull out a factor of -3xy, the second one looks a LOT like the first one.

Beyond that, you should know by heart what factors into (x-y)(x+y), what factors into (x+y)^2, and what factors into (x-y)^2.

And with that I've given you more than you need to do all three of the problems. :)
