Allan is the only good boys' name on your list.

For the girls I like Kara, Bianca, and Roxanne -- Roxannie is just awful.

My favorites: Jayden and Allan. Kaeshla and Kara.
So-so: Jermaine and Bianca and Roxannie.
Bad: Jarvis and Cordell. Amarillas.

Cordell and Allan are my faves, followed by Jermaine and Jarvis. Jayden is nice, but too popular.

If you have to show how to pronounce something then you shouldn't use it. Your child won't have the luxury of putting a pronunciation key after their name their entire life. Jarvis is the best boy name but I don't like any of the girl names. Hate to tell you but recruiters set aside resumes of people with names that are difficult to pronounce. It's unfortunate but true.
