That doesn't necessarily mean you're incapable of logic, just that you don't consider the consequences of your actions. It's good that you've noticed, that will go a long way toward improving your life. Try talking to a psychologist, many health insurance plans will cover visits, and they may be able to give you good tips to help you remember to consider risks. Good luck!

You have impulse control problems.
Ask yourself this: most people have attention mechanisms that work like a TV, one channel at a time, and you can flip from channel to channel at will. Some people have aTV that receives 1,000 channels, all at once, and you flip from channel to channel so fast, you don't know what's happening.
That is one of the markers for ADD/ADHD and related TREATABLE disorders.
Get evaluated by a mental health professional. The meds are available and they actually work.

The fact that you are concerned shows that you are not a lost cause.
Don't be ashamed to seek help. It will only get worse if you ignore the problem where serious consequences may be involved like being in jail or losing your life.

"..it's getting dangerous. What can I do?"
You need to grow up.
If you asked the question here,
it's a sign that you've started the process.

Try growing up. You make the decisions that affect your life. Nobody does that for you. Try growing up and taking the responsibility on yourself.
