The "Whole World" by OutKast. The song isn't uber-circus but the video is.
I also automatically think of Moulin Rouge, and I think the closing credits music is great. Its a classical piece called Bolero. look it up cuz its kind of obscure, but it's definatly on itunes and limewire.
