I need a good medieum beat song to do a competition gymnastics routine to.

There are a lot of good songs used for competition. Some that we have used are "Sassy and Brassy", "Big Night tonight","New York New York" to name a few. The key is to have a great choreographer. You can get floor music from a company called Floor Express or you can hire some one locally to mix sections of songs that you like together (but only if you have a good ear).

Movie soundtracks are relatively well for flooring track. Songs from Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter, The Matrix, Lord of the Rings, and so forth. all have upbeat rapid songs which can be relatively well for flooring track.
