Some statistics:
THey have 230 points thru 6 games, the second most in the entire Super Bowl era through that span second only to the 2000 Rams.
They are averaging 431 yards per game, tops in the league.
They are averaging 38.3 points per game, obviously tops in the league.

Also, do you think they could become one of the greatest ever? I personally think they have a disadvantage, as they play outdoors in New England at home games, and some of the greater offenses, such as the Vikings, Rams, and Colts were all indoors.

They have yet to play a proven defense so yeah they will have nice stats. Their offense is greata but dont expect them to be putting up huge numbers on elite AFC defenses.

I see Maximus is a moron. The Pats are frauds? scoring 230 points in 6 games is fraud? I fail to see the faking of anything here. Also thier defense is solid, when you are up by 14 or more it is safe to play deep cushion and or zone, which can get burned for a long pass or a TD once in a while. A team will pass against you if they are down. The Patriots have proven they can stop the run. Now with Rodney Harrison back the defensive backfield is almost as good as it was when Ty Law was on the team in '01. The run stopping will increase with the addition of Richard Seymour. They will go 7-0 after this week, especially since now the only threat the Dolphins have is thier RB with the trade of Chambers to the Chargers. The Colts offense thrives on downfield threats, they have nothing that goes less than 15 yards while the patriots have Welker and Watson on the underneath as the DB's are too busyt with Moss and Stallworth. So pound for pound the Patriots offense is the best in the league, yes better than the Colts.
Maximus must be a disgruntled Cowboys fan, get over it, the other 5 teams they beat got over it.

The Patriots Offense is Great.
Their Defense is also Great giving up less than 17 points per game.
Gostkowski is crushin the kickoffs into the endzone. (Did anybody notice how (except for on kick off) the Pats special teams pinned Dallas down with poor field position ?
The Patrioits destoyed the Cowbow with their 3rd string running back and their 2nd string tight end. They are deep at every position and they seem unstoppable this year.

Have to admit they look great, and there run game hasn't even gotten started. Wait until Maroney and Morris are healthy. They can improve on offense which is scary. I am a 49er fan and wish we had Tom Brady back home. I think the only thing that will beat the Pats is themselves!

It's a great time to be a Patriots fan, I've been a Pats fan since the early 70's and it's a treat to see them playing at this level.... I think they are strong in all areas of the game.. .and getting better each week.... as long as they stay healthy, it's going to be a great show to watch...

Quite amazing!! The two offensive players on the Patriots team that lacks playing time, is back-up QB Matt Cassel and punter Chris Hanson.

Even as a Die Hard Colts fan (and most certainly not a Pats fan) I have to agree. The Pats offense is doing quiet well. 3 more weeks and we will see how well they fare against my Colts.

uh...yeah. They killed my poor Bungles...though that seems to be a trend this season. While any team can in theory beat any team...I really dont know how in the heck anyone is gonna beat this team, short of injuries......or the Pats miss their bus and forfeit. Good googly moogly these guys are ridiculous.

I dont think anyone is gonna dispute that. The poor Colts have been completely forgotten just months after their super bowl win. Thats gotta suck.

Yes they are and this is why I can only wonder why they needed to cheat in the first game of the season. Pathetic
