. . . bunch of family members you didn't know you had, each of them with a lawyer (or 2), picking through grandma's house, putting their names on the bottom of antique items (totally depreciating their E-bay value), fighting with each other over who Grandma loved more and what she REALLY wanted each of them to have because "she said so at the family reunion 20 years ago, don't you remember?" . . .
. . . unless, of course, Grandma was poor . . .
In such a case, you would have tire skid marks leading up to the trailer, door and windows smashed in, probably a few shreds of torn t-shirt on one of the broken windows because Cletus hurled Hiram out of that one fighting over Grandma's half-full Skoal-catching spittoon, an overall empty house because each and every relative got into and out of town before any one of the others could contact the sheriff (who was probably grandma's 2nd cousin ANYWAY) to report the full-scale looting, and peeled rubber leading away from the trailer.
