Hey I just found this site:
http://phobialist.com/reverse.html#L-

It has the most complete list of phobias such as :

8, number- Octophobia.

Ants- Myrmecophobia.

Bridges or of crossing them- Gephyrophobia.

Chins- Geniophobia.

Deformed people or bearing a deformed child- Teratophobia.

Englishness- Anglophobia.

Gravity- Barophobia.

Nuclear weapons- Nucleomituphobia

Paper- Papyrophobia.

Prostitutes - Cypridophobia, Cypriphobia, Cyprianophobia, or Cyprinophobia.

Riding in a car- Amaxophobia

Shadows- Sciophobia or Sciaphobia.

Telephones- Telephonophobia.

Vegetables- Lachanophobia.

Yellow color- Xanthophobia.

The list goes on and on
there even a phobia of phobias = Phobophobia.
but there is no reference to Midgets, Dwarves or small people:

I think we should make a name up like dwarfphobia or oompalumpaphobia

What do you think?

Since Anthropophobia is the fear of people or society and
Mycrophobia is the fear of small things then I would say that

Anthropomycrophobia or Mycroanthropophobia would work.
