most of the aristocrasts come from well known historical families, you can buy something but that does not make you

A real aristocrat title is inherited at birth and only blueblood families are privileged to have such a title usually given by a monarch. An aristocrat title also symbolizes a very long possibly even royal family lineage full of nobles, dukes, lords, earls, count, princes and even perhaps a monarch.
A commoner lady could marry into an aristocrat family and become a “Lady” or “Duchess” or “Countess” however, when an aristocrat lady marries a commoner, she is the only one who is entitled to keep her full title and style, while both her husband and children would remain a commoner with no title or style.
Even if someone was allowed to buy an aristocrat title, they will not be recognized and definitely not acknowledge by other real blueblood aristocrat families. An aristocrat title will loose all of its significance, importance and privileged status if it was put up "for sale.” A title may be bought but definitely not the entire privileged blueblood family lineage that must follow behind the title.

A title is not the same when purchased than when you are actually born into. Its like with Prince William, he comes with all the rights and obligation. It's his birth right to become King. That makes him aristocratic.

No, it makes you a parvenu and upstart.

If you educate your children well and marry them right, maybe your children or great grandchildren will be aristocrats... and even then, they'll be looked down on as "new blood" by the real ones.

No, just as being a member of the royal family doesn't make a person better than anyone else.
