It probably doesn't matter, because if nutritional information is missing and it has an adverse impact on somebody's life, they'd be too embarrassed to sue. Besides, just look at the info for fruit roll-ups. It's the same stuff.
Maybe they should have the same for cotton, nylon, or silk panties too.
