Without the alarm I wake at 7 AM
The sun coming in thru the skylight above my bed usually wakes me up.

*Sigh.*
I'd like to be able to sleep until 8:00am and I do have the ability to do so as work allows..
However I usually find myself waking up at 6:00am for various reasons. Example; if my children wake up, if I wake up and cannot fall back asleep, if the phone rings.
