I was just wondering because when I was little I had sea-monkeys and I always wondered exactly what it was that I was feeding them...

Naturally brine shrimp will eat micro-algae, which they will also find in their aquariums. Sea Monkey food may contain yeast, wheat flour, soy bean powder, and/or egg yolk.
