i know alot will disagree with me but...
i find robert plant's voice very annoying. i like led zepplin, but listening to his voice a long time certainly gets on my nerves.
also i find that guy from the smashing pumpkins voice kinda annoying, you know like how he gets loud, and then soft.

Of the bands that cross my radar, I can't stand the voice of Tim McIlrath from Rise Against. Otherwise not a bad band but he ruins the whole experience with his whiny screamy vocal style.

Guns n' Roses. Axl's voice often makes me want to rip my ears off and eat them. I suppose it works in stuff like Sweet Child of Mine and Welcome to the Jungle, but covering the Beatles... ewwwww!
I don't know much about them, but his voice seriously turns me off. Suppose it's just that I'm used to mellower voices.
Mmm... and looking at the other answers, have to agree with Stevie Nicks also. I heard the local radio station run a fake commercial advertising a Fleetwood Mac Boxed Set:
New, from Fleetwood Mac! A collection containing all of your favorite Stevie Nicks era hits,

Both of their voices just remind me a bit of nails on a chalkboard.

I HATE the extremely annoying voice of that bit*h Adam Levine of Maroon 5, hate hate hate hate it, ughh!!!!!i also hate the voice of the lead singer of that overrated band Pearl Jam (Eddie Vedder), but i'm going to forgive him because he always covers Cat Stevens songs when he sings live :)

I'd have to say that Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy. It's not so much his voice, as the way he sings. If he invested in seeing a speech therapist, then I might actually enjoy this band.

Axl Rose and David Lee Roth, uhh.... ruined two perfectly good bands. I can never get into Van Halen because David Lee Roth just annoyed the heck out of me.
