The specs of the Sapphire card is mixed up. It says GDDR2 memory but speed quoted is for GDDR3.
For both DDR2 models of the cards, HIS has a slightly faster core clock. HIS usually has a lower noise cooler.
Personally, I am more inclined towards cards w/ gddr3 memory. 256mb ddr3 is faster than 512mb ddr2.

I'd probably go with the HIS. It has a 600 core instead of 590 and the Sapphire does NOT have that 1380 memory clock it says it has and the reviews of it state that. I dont think you'd see any difference between the 2 cards and the HIS is cheaper.

They are pretty evenly matched, but I'd go with the Sapphire.
