If I have to pick between the names you have listed, I would say Chloe Lynn and Tyler James. These are okay, but not my favorites. I like Chloe. It is a very cute name and Lynn is not too bad with it, but I would spell it Lynne. Some other suggestions that I like are Chloe Leanne, Chloe Michelle, and Chloe Grace. The last name may make a difference, though. I don't care much for Blair and I like Ray spelled Rae for a girl. Connar is a good name, but I think it sounds better with James than John. That is why I picked Tyler James. I don't like Tyler as well as Connar, but Tyler James sounded better than Connar John. So, I would say to go with Chloe Lynne or Chloe Grace and Connar James. I quite like Chloe, but the filler middle name is not my style. Blair is fine, but I wouldn't pair it with Ray since the two run together (sounds like Blairay) and both are non-gender-specific. I'd use an obviously-feminine middle name with Blair.
Neither of the boy names strike me as particularly stunning. Connor/Conor is a great name. "Connar" is not. And Connor John, as a combo, is very repetitive (the Con- John sounds being nearly identical). Connor James would work better, if the fillers have some personal significance or something.
Tyler is just too dated and overused for my taste.

Rachel, I just seen your previous question about being 14 and pregnant. Most girls your age don't make the whole pregnancy...wait until the 2nd semester and then start looking for names...but, you are the mother of this child, so I will answer the question you asked.
Chloe Lynn is cute, but I don't see a 40 year old woman named Chloe.
Blair Ray is too unisex.
Connar doesn't look right with an A. Either way, I don't like the name. Always have loved John as a middle name...
Tyler is way too popular, but James is cute.

Chloe Lynn is pretty. Blair is okay, but Ray is a boys' name.
Connor John is lovely if spelled right. Tyler James is okay, but a bit too cutesy for my taste.

I like Chloe Lynn for a girl...
And I like Conner James for a boy. The spelling thing, not really fun for the kid when they get older. Trust me...I have been correcting people since I was old enough to talk! And I think that Conner John is kinda choppy. I love Conner James though, sounds like he will 'be something' (like an author, doctor...) when he gets older. Plus, it is great for scolding or being silly.
